Job Description Colliers is expanding our capability in the Industrial and Logistics Adelaide market, and we’re seeking an Executive to work alongside our industry‑leading Industrial team. This is a rare opportunity to step into the centre of South Australia’s industrial property market, supporting sales and marketing campaigns, gaining hands‑on exposure to major clients, and learning directly from one of the highest‑performing teams in the country. As an Executive, you’ll play a key role in analysis, asset modelling, canvassing for new business, preparing submissions and campaign material, and supporting end‑to‑end transaction activity. You’ll be on a clear pathway toward becoming a fully-fledged industrial agent and a core member of our team. Scope of the role includes: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key account clients and maintaining a strong presence in the marketplace Helping identify potential clients and properties to take to market Analysing sales potential using standard valuation and financial models Actively pursuing new appointment opportunities and nurturing relationships that drive ongoing business for Colliers Assisting in preparing submissions, marketing collateral, Information Memorandums, advertising, signage, videos, and coordinating inspections
